From health care to marriage, how can you possibly govern the affairs of state (much else anything else) when the Supreme Court declares words have no meaning? The age of Clinton is upon us when the Constitution means exactly what 5 or 6 justices want it to mean--guess it just all depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. Regardless, time for elected officials to go home, the Court now governs.
