Look who’s talking about Galt.io! Time is running out to get in as a founding member of this exciting new social organizing network developed especially (and exclusively-the network will be closed once it launches this spring) for lovers of liberty. Pledge today at Galt.io or just click the video on the right side of this page. If you get in now, and use your referral code to invite new members, you start to rack up Galtcoins so on day one you’re ready to start your ’cause’ on the network and start organizing for freedom. At last, our very own network!
CPAC THERE WE WENT!
Broadcasting live from Washington DC at the nation’s largest gathering of conservative and libertarian thinkers: the 50th annual Conservative Political Action Conference on March 6th and 7th. Had a great time with the attendees there and Galt.io was big hit. Now if we could only do something about the rest of the nation’s capitol.
Lawrence O’Donnell-”a-hole”
How rare it is that anyone should agree with Bill Press, but the lefty got it right when he declared, “I think Lawrence O’Donnell proved to be a real a-hole…” Truer words seldom spoken. Indeed, O’Donnell’s show the other day was quite instructive as to just how duplicitous this Hollywood hack really is. In the span of just a few segments, the liberal lapdog blasted religious conservatives for their intolerance by suggesting that our ‘rights come from God.’ He then sets up a straw man by using someone’s quote about Thomas Jefferson, a borderline Deist, to make his point-conveniently ignoring the most devout framers. Lewis vs. Colmes, Round 2
“Well, there you go again…” Ok, ok…I didn’t really say that but was tempted a few times with Alan once again on Fox News. Today’s debate was all about President Obama’s penchant for, shall we say, ‘executive prerogative.’ Translated it means the Chief Executive has been enforcing the laws he likes, but revising the others unilaterally. We also discussed the politics of the Keystone XL pipeline (a real ‘stimulus’ plan but without the government subsidies). Anyway, have a look, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Stossel, Lewis, & Colmes
Joining John Stossel and Alan Colmes on Fox Business to discuss the FDA and which is better for the consumer: the discipline of the market or government bureaucrats? You guess.
The Global Cooling Deniers, Part Deux
As President Obama said in the SOTU, “climate change is a fact.” Right, we used to call those seasons. But after all the dubious assertions coming form the global warming crowd (excuse me, if it’s now called ‘climate change,’ does that mean that the earth is NOT getting hotter?), more hurricanes-false, melting ice caps threatening the polar bear-false, Himalayan glaciers vanishing-false, it probably comes as no surprise that the climate models the environmental left (and their allies in the media) has been feeding us are slightly bent, eh? And so it goes.
GALT.IO vs. MoveOn.org
Here’s a perfect example of what we’re up against and why we’ve created Galt.io. For decades, small government groups have been out-organized by the left at every level (see bold below). But now, with our social organizing network at Galt.io, we can finally compete on an even playing field with all those institutions of liberalism.
In fact, I saw a sneak preview of the actual Galt.io platform from our IT people last week and this thing is going to knock it out of the park. We’re still building out the network from your pledges, but in addition to being able to start your own local ’cause’ and attract supporters from your neighborhood, other possibilities include combining ’causes’ for a state or national issue; mapping, marketing, even cloning causes you like across this digital universe.
